The connector blocks are a bit manky so I will try and test them and then worry about how to fix it if I find a problem. Holes are pretty tiny A can of Electrical Contact Cleaner from Halfrauds will do the trick if it's just copper mank in there.I have since replaced the ECU, Immobilser, ignition, Key etc but still seem to have the same problem.
